This Privacy Notice explains how FIT Legal Solutions Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), process Personal Data about individuals outside our organisation with whom we interact, including but not limited to visitors to our website; clients and their personnel; vendors and service providers; and visitors to our offices or registrants for FIT Legal Solutions Limited (together, “you”), and  for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulations ((EU) 2016/679)).

This Privacy Notice may be updated from time to time. Please regularly check this page to review any changes we might make to reflect changes in our practices or changes in applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that this Privacy Notice only covers this website and does not regulate the privacy practices of other websites which may be accessible through or linked to this website.

2.     Processing your Personal Data

Collection of Personal Data: We collect Personal Data about you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as follows:

  • When you provide us with your Personal Data, including when you email, phone, or otherwise contact us. This might include your name, address (both electronic and mailing), other contact details, job title and other employment details (such as industry and employer).

3.      Disclosure of Personal Data to third parties

We share your Personal Data within FIT Legal Solutions Limited for legitimate business purposes, such as providing services to you and operating this website.

In addition, we may disclosure your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws to:

  • government authorities and/or law enforcement officials (if mandated by law or if required for the protection of our legitimate interests);

5.      Data Retention

We keep your Personal Data for the purposes outlined above and for as long as we maintain an ongoing relationship with you, for example where we have an ongoing business relationship with you, or you are lawfully included in our mailing list and have not unsubscribed.

After our business relationship is terminated, we may keep your Personal Data for up to 10 years after that date in order to maintain records in accordance with laws and regulations which apply to FIT Legal Solutions Limited and to respond to any regulatory requests or questions.

To the extent we are not permitted to delete your Personal Data for legal, regulatory or technical reasons we may keep your data for longer than 10 years. In such circumstances, we will ensure your Personal Data and privacy is protected.
